If I could give zero I would. Absolutely horrible service. First the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. They talk to you as if you’re stupid and wasting their time. I had blood work and a 24hr collection test. The charges me for the tests and then I found out they lost my collection. I have called multiple times for answers and they will not contact me back. How the hell do you lose a giant container full of urine. Please someone explain to me. Life lava is a joke and I will never again get any testing done. They take your money and then won’t help resolve any problems. Stay far far away from life labs. Absolute joke of a medical facility.

Some of the workers were kind and helpful but that is completely overshadowed by the few EXTREMELY RUDE staff! If you don’t want this job then don’t do it but don’t be rude to people who are polite and did nothing wrong. Wouldn’t come back

Organized, respectful, efficient, clean.I've been to many labs and this is by far the best one yet; the one I'll be going to from now on.I wish i knew the name of the woman who drew my blood, she was talented, I didn't feel a thing. Thank you guys! You all work hard

I have an appointment and only needed waiting for 10 minutes. The waiting area is spacious. There is another waiting area about the same size at the other corner of the photo listed. Staffs are skillful. I have fine veins and the staff was able to find a good vein without using a butterfly needle. Washroom is spacious, with hand rail and a nearby shelf for urine sample.

Pretty unorganized here. The staff are cold and not welcoming. They seem to stress that you screen yourself for covid yet are wearing their own masks under their noses. Ive also witnessed them bring someone into a room without sanitizing before somrone else went in. The 2 oatoents actually crossed paths in the doorway.I had an appointment and was in a room 10 minutes before my appointment time and now it's 10 minutes later. Leaving without being served. Will go somewhere else

I went for blood work twice with an appointment and they had me waiting for more 50 mins each time and then they always have only one excuse “we’re running behind” I don’t understand the purpose of booking an appointment then.

I would love to give them zero starsTerrible system.It doesn’t matter if you have an appointment or not they’ll make you wait.Do not go there and go to another company.Life labs are unorganized.

I booked my appointment online. So it wasn't too long of a wait before I was served. At the most, maybe 5 minutes?I was hearing that the walk-ins at the time had to wait up to 90 minutes for service. So it definitely helps to book your appointment online prior to visiting.Service was great otherwise.

Called to make an appointment for an analysis, they told me I can drop off the sample week days between 8 & 11. No weekend options. No evenings. No additional times available.Very, very inconvenient, considering both my husband & I work Monday to Friday. I am very disappointed in the lack of availability for the services I need (which I doubt are uncommon!)
